Life has been filled with ups and downs for so many of us lately. For me, I've responded by retreating within. I often feel like it can be really easy to respond swiftly instead of taking time to collect thoughts and plan. But I am also learning that there is a balance. Too much planning can be a form of procrastination.

I spent a lot of time last year thinking about this. How do I want to respond? What are my deepest concerns? How do I effectively express these things?
